Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and SalesSavvy Inc. ("SalesSavvy", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
SalesSavvy provides meeting intelligence tools for sales professionals, including pre-meeting briefs, Gmail-based pre-meeting insight generation from user-authorized email accounts, live meeting assistance, post-meeting summaries, goals checklists, notes, reports, CRM write-back functionality, and document export features for Google Docs, Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint when authorized by the user or organization.
Email, Workspace, and Document Integrations
SalesSavvy may allow you to connect Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other third-party platforms so that SalesSavvy can read user-authorized email data to generate pre-meeting insights and export SalesSavvy meeting reports to Google Docs, Microsoft Word documents, OneDrive, or SharePoint. Your use of those platforms remains governed by your agreements with Google, Microsoft, your employer, your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administrator, and any other applicable third-party provider.
- You authorize SalesSavvy to access and use third-party account data only for the features you enable, including reading Gmail data with read-only Gmail scopes to generate pre-meeting insights and creating, formatting, updating, saving, and returning links to exported meeting reports.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to allow SalesSavvy to read customer-related emails, meeting content, transcripts, notes, goals checklists, customer information, and other User Content from your selected Gmail or Google Workspace account and to export meeting reports to your selected Google Workspace, OneDrive, or SharePoint location.
- You are responsible for permissions, sharing settings, retention rules, access controls, and downstream use of email-derived data or documents after SalesSavvy processes them in your own Google, Microsoft, OneDrive, or SharePoint account.
- SalesSavvy is not responsible for outages, data loss, permission changes, administrator restrictions, account suspension, or policy enforcement by Google, Microsoft, or other third-party platforms.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you use SalesSavvy through an organization, your use may be controlled by your employer, workspace owner, or Microsoft 365 tenant administrator, including consent, access, retention, and revocation policies.
Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are charged per seat and or usage, such as transcription minutes.
- Payments are processed via third-party providers.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Account Deletion & Quota
If you delete your account and later create a new one using the same email address, including aliases such as "user+tag@gmail.com", the following policies apply:
These policies are designed to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users. Promotional offers, including free plans, are limited to one per person.
- Your remaining subscription duration will carry over to the new account. You will not receive a new full-length promotional plan.
- Any usage quota consumed during the current billing cycle, such as meeting minutes or AI credits, will carry over. Deleting and recreating accounts does not reset usage limits.
- SalesSavvy retains a non-reversible anonymized identifier, such as an email hash, and billing metadata after account deletion solely for fraud prevention and fair usage enforcement. No personally identifiable information is retained.
User Content & Recordings
- You are responsible for complying with recording laws. If you record a meeting, you must notify participants.
- By using SalesSavvy, you grant us a limited license to process User Content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services you request, including generating insights, reading user-authorized Gmail messages to produce pre-meeting insights, performing authorized CRM write-backs, and exporting reports to Google Docs or Microsoft Word/Microsoft 365 destinations you select.
- We do not claim ownership of your content.
- You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and permissions required to upload, process, analyze, and export User Content through SalesSavvy and connected third-party platforms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Services.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
- Use the Services for spamming or data harvesting.
AI & Automation Services
SalesSavvy may use AI and automation to generate insights, summaries, recommendations, checklist analysis, action items, and document-ready reports. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing exported reports before relying on them, sharing them, or storing them in third-party cloud accounts. SalesSavvy does not use Google API data or Microsoft API data to train unauthorized AI models.
Third-Party Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining your Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, CRM, calendar, and other third-party accounts, including payment, security, administrator approvals, and compliance with third-party terms.
- You control whether to grant or revoke SalesSavvy access to supported third-party integrations, subject to your organization's administrator controls.
- Deleting content from SalesSavvy or revoking Gmail access may not automatically delete copies that remain in your mailbox or that you exported to Google Docs, Microsoft Word, OneDrive, SharePoint, CRM systems, email, or other external destinations. You must manage those copies in the applicable third-party account.
Intellectual Property
SalesSavvy retains ownership of all software, trademarks, and proprietary technology. You may not copy or resell our Services without authorization.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 6 months, or USD 100, whichever is lower.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SalesSavvy against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve informally.
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California under AAA rules.
- Class action lawsuits are waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, U.S.A.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
